• One prenatal visit. This is a great time for us to get to know each other! We will go over your birth plan and your expectations for your birth experience. We’ll talk about your goals, desires, and potential fears that you may have for your upcoming birth. We can discuss options that you may face in the coming weeks, during and just after the birth of your baby. I’ll do my best to provide as much information as I can for you to feel confident in your choices. It’s a fantastic time to get comfortable with each other as we prepare for such a beautiful experience!

• Phone and email support welcome during the final few weeks of your pregnancy. Please feel free to contact me anytime!

• As soon as you feel my support is needed, I will join you. I’ll be happy to remain with you through your entire labor, birth and up to two hours following your birth. Breast feeding support is also provided immediately after the birth.

• I provide one postpartum visit, one to two weeks after the birth of your baby. It’s a beautiful time to discuss your birth, talk about questions/concerns you may have and it’s also a chance for me to snuggle your little one!
