• 1-2 prenatal visits. This is a great time for us to get to know each other! We will go over your birth plan and your expectations for your birth experience. We’ll talk about your goals, desires, and potential fears that you may have for your upcoming birth. We can discuss options that you may face in the coming weeks, during and just after the birth of your baby. We'll discuss pain management options as well as positioning. As your doula, we'll do our best to provide as much information as we can for you to feel confident in your choices. It’s a fantastic time to get comfortable with each other as we prepare for such a life changing experience.
• Email & phone support welcome during the final few weeks of your pregnancy. Please feel free to contact us anytime!
• As soon as you feel our support is needed, we will join you. We’ll be happy to remain with you through your entire labor, birth and one to two hours following your birth. Initial breast feeding support is also provided immediately after the birth, if desired.
• We provide one postpartum visit, one to two weeks after the birth of your baby. It’s a beautiful time to discuss your birth, talk about questions/concerns you may have and it’s also a chance for us to snuggle your little one!
